Corpus Christi, TX beatĀ
Cleveland, OH 10-8.
Cangelosi singled in the second inning, doubled in the sixth inning, singled in the first inning, and singled in the fifth inning. Corpus Christi, TX opened the scoring in the first after John Dylan Carvajal grounded out, scoring one run. Vincent James Salamone grounded out, which helped Cleveland, OH tie the game at one in the bottom of the first. In the bottom of the second, Cleveland, OH broke up the tie when Alberto J Ortiz induced Carter Benjamin Schade to hit into a fielder's choice, but one run scored.
Corpus Christi, TX made the score 7-4 in the top of the fourth after Glenn Walton Burke doubled, scoring one run, Carvajal singled, scoring two runs, and Gabriel X Trevino doubled, scoring one run. DeSimone, Nicholas David LaBahn, and Brooks each collected multiple hits for Cleveland, OH.
